How to archive a backup of an account that is being taken offline

In a scenario, where you have created a Horcrux Backup of an account that is currently online but is pending deletion in the cloud, you can choose to take the backup offline.

You can do that by clicking on “Settings” -> “Take it Offline”.

• No new backups will be initiated after this point
• Your older backups will be available for your perusal
• The login credentials for the account is deleted from the system

If you wish, you can reconnect the backup to an email account, ideally, it should be the same account to maintain continuity.

This can also be helpful if your email account is moved to a different service provider.
